In-store purchases:
If you have purchased an item in-store and you believe the item is faulty please contact us through the following link and specify the following to help us provide a swift resolution :
- A brief description of the issue.
- A picture of the item showing the issue.
In order to locate your transaction and validate your purchase we will need the following payment details:
- A picture of your receipt or bank statement showing the transaction, including the date and time.
- The type of card used (e.g., Mastercard, Amex, Visa).
- The first 6 digits and the last 4 digits of the card used for payment. (Not the full long number as we are unable to receive this for GDPR reasons)
Online Purchases:
For online purchases, we will need the following information in order to process your claim.
- A brief description of the issue
- A picture of the item showing the issue
- Order number or email address used to make the purchase.
