UK Domestic Orders:
We are unfortunately unable to process Exchanges but will issue the equivalent store credit to your MyWimbledon account,so you can place an order for the new item.
For us to do so, if you do not have one already, please create a myWimbledon account here.
Which will then be credited with the returned product value.
If the desired item is not available to order, a refund can be considered instead of a store credit. Please note that store credits cannot be converted to refunds once issued to the myWimbledon account. You are welcome to liaise with our customer service team beforehand about your credit preference. International Orders:
We are unfortunately unable to process Exchanges for international orders. Instead, we will issue a refund on receipt of the returned item, and the customer can place a new order if they wish to replace an item. The customer would be responsible to cover the shipping cost of the new order placed.
