For orders delivered within the UK
Returns delivery charges are the customers responsibility for orders that were delivered within the UK. And these charges will not be refunded.
For orders delivered outside of the UK
Orders that were delivered to a destination outside of the UK will have the choice to use a pre-paid returns label or to pay for the shipping costs themselves.
If the pre-paid label is selected, the cost of this label will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If an alternative shipping method is used, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping costs and this will not be refunded.
For faulty items
If your item is faulty and we request it back for inspection, we’ll cover the return postage.
